BAYLOR COUNTY (KFDX/KJTL) — Jury selection is set to get underway in the trial of a man charged in a double-fatality crash outside of Seymour nearly three years later.

Tanner Wayne Gillispie, 31, of Seymour, stands accused of two counts of manslaughter stemming from the fatal wreck. He was indicted by a Baylor County grand jury on July 23, 2025, nearly two years after the crash took place.
Gillispie was arrested in Wichita County and booked into the Wichita County Jail on July 23, 2025. He’s been free on bond since his release the following day, while the two manslaughter charges have been pending.
