There are a couple of places in this town that I simply will not enter.
Not because I’ve been banned. Not because they are inherently bad. And not because there’s some kind of horrifying backstory involving the cops.
I just don’t like them.
That’s all.
Maybe it’s the building. Maybe it’s the parking situation. Maybe it’s the lighting, the smell, the employees, or some unexplainable vibe that has caused my brain to declare, “Hell no. Anywhere else.”
I know I’m not the only one.
We’ve all got a spot or two we wouldn’t visit, period, unless we’d just eaten a habanero and they happened to be the nearest water source…
