LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Ninety new affordable homes are planned for west Lubbock at a development called The Reserves at Santa Fe Place.

The Reserves at Santa Fe Place, near 43rd Street and Justice Avenue, will be the fifth community Overland Property Group has built in Lubbock.
The project’s website shows it will offer homes for families who make between $20,000 and $50,000 a year. The community will have a clubhouse, a playground and a dog park.
Developer’s focus
Matthew Gillam, managing partner for Overland Property Group, said the people who live in the buildings matter most.
“But what really matters is the heart,” Gillam said. “And these buildings are just simply buildings without the heart and the soul that people bring to them when they move in.”…
