LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock will welcome Chicken Salad Chick in 2024, the restaurant announced in a press release . Amarillo’s current franchisee signed a two store agreement for Lubbock.
Chicken Salad Chick also announced Texas would get over 20 new restaurants over the next five years.
Amarillo’s current franchisee, Laura Garrison, signed a two store agreement for Lubbock this past June with partner, Moua Meng, the press release said.

Chicken Salad Chick offers a variety of chicken salads, sandwiches, pimento cheeses and more.
EverythingLubbock reached out to the franchise to confirm an opening date and the restaurant said it did not have a set date but, “we hope to open in Lubbock in the third quarter of this year.”
