LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock woman needs your help finding a dress and providing a family with some closure. Rachael Etheridge, 32, was killed in a crash in her hometown of Smyer in early January. Now, her friend hopes to reunite Rachael’s grieving family with a special dress she sent off for alterations.
