Tom & Bingo’s recently ended a 70-year-old Lubbock tradition with a bang, closing permanently on January 20th to long lines of bundled-up Lubbockites. There’s not much we are willing to brave the cold for, but one last shot of great BBQ is one of them. They also left a heart-warming message on their Facebook:
