Officers were called to the 2000 block of 15th Street just before 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

LPD said it appeared Christopher Carter, 43, was conducting “rental property business” with a customer when Villarreal and another man entered. The two men then left the house but stayed on the property, LPD said.
