All information listed on the Police Blotter is directly pulled from the Texas Tech PD Crime Log. 1:03 a.m. A Tech officer arrested a non-student for outstanding City of Lubbock Municipal warrants and possession of methamphetamine in the 1700 block of Flint Avenue. The individual was also issued a county citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a criminal trespass warning for all Tech property. The individual was transported to the county jail.
