The surrounding areas of Lubbock are known as the wine capital of Texas due to the amount of grapes that are grown that are used for wine around the State. With a large variety of vineyards in the area as well it’s a given that lots of people in Lubbock love wine but may not know so much about it. Texas Tech University is trying to change that.
