LUBBOCK, Texas — It’s out with the old and in with the new at the former location of Texas Roadhouse.

It appears the old building could soon be home to Umiya Japanese Fusion , an all-you-can-eat sushi, seafood and grill, according to an EverythingLubbock.com photojournalist.
