Crow Park officially opens for the Lubbock community

LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Parks and Recreation announced on Thursday that Earl Crow Park at 91st Street and Belton Avenue is officially open for the public to enjoy.

The park, named after an executive vice president of Plains National Bank, includes a playground, benches, a picnic area and fishing.
