LUBBOCK, Texas- A probable cause affidavit obtained by EverythingLubbock.com accused 22-year-old Korrina Valdez of shooting a home early Thursday morning. According to the affidavit, officers were called to the 2200 block of 25th Street just before 7:45 a.m. for reports of a civil disturbance. Valdez knocked on the victim’s door, asking “to use the victim’s electricity,” the victim said.
