Man indicted accused of evading arrest in police cruiser

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock grand jury has indicted a man accused of evading arrest in a Lubbock Police Department cruiser. 57-year-old Keith Kalka is charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle. Kalka was also facing charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, false identification as a police officer and unlawful restraint but have since been dropped, according to Lubbock County jail records.
