Are you ready for pancakes, sausage, and entertainment? The largest pancake festival in the world is getting ready to flip those pancakes for the 72nd year. The 72nd Annual Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival is happening this Saturday, February 17th from 7am to 8pm. The event will take place at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Tickets will be $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Kids under the age of 4 will eat free.
