Another big named chain restaurant specializing in seafood has closed in Lubbock. Joe’s Crabshack, which has been around for many years in Lubbock, is officially closed. We drove by the location at 5802 W. Loop 289 on Monday and the sign was already gone and there were sheets of paper on the doors announcing the closure.
