LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock’s first responders hosted a stair climb Wednesday morning in honor of the 23rd anniversary of 9/11. Lubbock Fire Rescue firefighters, Lubbock police, state troopers, trainees at the South Plains College Fire Academy and Texas Tech Army ROTC cadets gathered at the Jones AT&T Stadium.
