LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock sandwich shop is back open after they were forced to temporarily close following their latest health inspection; a popular Asian spot also landed at the bottom of this week’s Food for Thought List. Earl of Sandwich at 11824 Indiana Ave. had 25 violations.
