Beto O’Rourke set to speak at Texas Tech University

LUBBOCK, Texas — Former congressman, Beto O’Rourke, is set to speak to students about voting rights on Monday, Sept. 30 in the Student Union Building, according to his organization’s website .

The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Student Union Building.

Beto planned to speak to students about their voting rights and what is at stake in the upcoming election. Students will also get an opportunity to register to vote at the event.
