LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock City Council is one step closer to adopting a new sewer line ordinance that affects every property owner. On Tuesday, the council voted six to one in favor of the proposed ordinance; District 3 City Councilman David Glasheen voted against it. There will need to be a second reading before the ordinance takes effect.
