LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) – A $1.7 million maintenance project to replace bridge joints and make deck and concrete repairs to various bridges in Lubbock is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Oct. 1 on south Loop 289 at the Indiana Avenue bridges. Project contractor is ICOS Management, LLC, of Frisco, TX.
