Brothers accused of killing their uncle and his girlfriend at Mackenzie Park indicted on Tuesday

LUBBOCK, Texas — Justin Aleman, 26, and Joziah Aleman, 23, were indicted for murder and cruelty to non-livestock animals on Tuesday in connection with the double murder at Mackenzie Park in September.

Angel Aleman, 55, was found dead, along with his dog named Monster. Lydia Hernandez, 47, was rushed to the hospital by EMS, where she was pronounced deceased.
