LUBBOCK, Texas — The Candle Bar celebrated its one month of being open in Lubbock on Tuesday, Sept. 24. The bar is connected to HHC Living, an interior design firm, giving customers an opportunity to sip while they shop.
Manager of the Candle Bar, Shea Kallenbach said the immersive experience is what sets the bar apart. The sip and shop concept supports Lubbock small businesses while bringing a night life aspect to South Lubbock.

“We’re trying to revive retail by making it an immersive experience,” Kallenbach said.
HHC Living is an interior design firm that first started back in 2011. The business specializes in interior decorating, dishes, bedding and patio furniture.
The chairs, chandeliers and glasses used at the Candle Bar can all be purchased at HHC living, Kallenbach said.
Although the Candle Bar specializes in cocktails, it also has light eats available to customers. The bar will soon add a weekend brunch to its menu. To stay updated on the new Lubbock bar, visit its social media linked here .
