LUBBOCK, Texas – The City of Lubbock’s Safety City is hosting the 12 th Annual Trick or Treat Street event.
The City invites the entire community to come out dressed in Halloween costumes and attend the event on Friday, Oct. 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 4500 Ave. U.

The event is FREE and will include candy, games, and door prizes while teaching the importance of pedestrian safety.
