LUBBOCK, Texas — Street foods are a guilty pleasure we can never get enough of. From Korean corn dogs with amazing cheese pulls to an assortment of Asian-inspired boba tea (also known as bubble tea) flavors, a new Asian joint is coming soon to Lubbock.
According to a social media post, Kokomo K Dog, which will be located at 5217 82nd Street, is slated to open April 2025. Kokomo has two locations established at Lubbock’s neighboring cities in Midland and Odessa.

EverythingLubbock.com reached out to Kokomo on an official grand opening date, and were told a soft opening event will be held from Monday, March 31 to Friday, April 4 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Kokomo’s grand opening will be on Saturday, April 5 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
