A Lubbock business closed back in September of 2023, with the hope that the closure would be temporary and that the owner would find a way to come back and continue to serve the Lubbock community.
And we ALL wanted that, because not only do we all love ice cream, but the business also provided jobs for folks with intellectual disabilities. It was Howdy’s Ice Cream, which was located at 2628 W Loop 289 Acc Rd #300, inside the West End Center.
However, that just never happened, and the location has sat there empty for quite sometime. Now the items in the store are subject to a liquidation sale, which will be hosted by Hidden Treasures Estate Sales…
