LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – High schoolers from across the South Plains had the opportunity to grow their leadership skills here in Lubbock on Saturday.
The Texas Tech Davis College of Agriculture hosted its Rural Youth Catalyst Summit out at the National Ranching Heritage Center.
