LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Nine people, including three children, were displaced after a fire burned beneath an apartment complex in southwest Lubbock Sunday night.
Around 9:30 p.m., fire crews responded to the Parkridge Place Apartments near 50th and Bangor Ave.
