I’ll stand on one fact: if Furr’s was so good, why did everyone quit going? The answer is, people began to enjoy real food in other places. I’m not even so sure you could say the quality dipped, it’s more along the lines of “Do I want baked industrial fish patties, or do I want to go to some place that makes it fresh?” It’s not that they were bad, it’s just that better stuff has come along.
