Lubbock, Texas, is no stranger to violent crime. There are currently 45 men and women sitting behind bars at the Lubbock County Detention Center for the most serious crimes of murder and manslaughter.
There are quite a new faces since our last update in January- while the total number only went up by 2, eight of these people are new to the list- meaning a few “old” ones fell off as they either went on to prison, were set free, or headed to an institution.
