LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Joshua Walker pleaded guilty to a murder charge in connection to the shooting death of 68-year-old Alberto Garza Sr. back in December of 2021.
Walker pleaded guilty Monday and has elected to go in front of a jury for punishment.
