Why Is Lemonade Day Celebrated In Lubbock?
Lubbock’s Lemonade Day was established in 2012 by Charlie and Kate Hamilton to teach local children valuable life lessons like, “how to set a goal, find an investor, make a plan and a budget, select a location, work really hard, provide good customer service and make a profit.” according to Lubbock Lemonade Day.
Now, Lemonade Day in Lubbock is led by a who’s who of area business people who serve on the board of directors for the event.
