LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Another hot afternoon on the South Plains with scattered showers and storms in the forecast Friday evening through Memorial Day.
Some of the storms will have the potential to be severe with threats of large hail and high winds Friday night and again on Saturday. Storms should develop late afternoon and continue into the evening.
Sunday will bring another round of severe storms with a slightly greater chance of large hail from 1 to 3 inches and isolated tornados.
