LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock man True Houston Bruington, 21, was arrested early Wednesday morning after he was in a rollover in the 5300 block of North County Road 3000.
According to a release from the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office, Bruington’s phone sent out a notification to the police around 2 a.m. on Wednesday that it detected the car it was in may have been an accident. Operators could not reach Bruington on the phone and sent deputies to the scene…
