LUBBOCK, Texas – May 29 marks 25 years since the brutal murder of Texas Tech pre-med student Stefanie Hill at the Indiana Village apartments in north Lubbock.
“She’s very quiet. She’s very sweet. She didn’t meet anybody hardly that she didn’t like,” said Lubbock Police Department detective Zach Johnson. “Everybody loved her.”
