Latest annual crime report from LPD shows decrease in crime, deadly crashes, and response time

LUBBOCK, Texas— The Lubbock Police Department released its annual report on Wednesday morning, discussing final statistics for 2024.

Chief Seth Herman said ten officers retired in 2024, leaving their department with vacancies to fill.
