LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Trial will continue tomorrow for a man arrested after a SWAT standoff in 2023 in North Lubbock.
41-year-old Joshua Molinar is charged with aggravated kidnapping with bodily injury and attempted sexual assault. Police say he assaulted a woman who showed up to his home near N. University and Colgate St. to borrow a phone.
While there, police say Molinar tried to drag the woman into a tunnel in his backyard. The woman managed to escape and found a neighbor and called 911…
