‘I killed her’: Lubbock man said he used bleach after deadly stabbing

LUBBOCK, Texas — A probable cause affidavit obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Thursday detailed the arrest of 29-year-old Nickolas Anthony Deleon and what led to him fatally stab his mother.

At 7:40 a.m. on Wednesday, the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office was called to respond to an incident in the 6600 block of North County Road 1630 in Shallowater.

The affidavit said that upon deputies making contact with Deleon, a woman was found deceased. Deleon had made the statement that, “I murdered her” and “I killed her.”

While being interview by detectives, he said he was “tired of her s***” so he saw a large piece of glass and decided to kill her. On Wednesday morning he had made a plan to ask her to bring him breakfast and go through with the stabbing then, the affidavit detailed…
