LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock will be testing their Outdoor Warning System on Friday, according to a press release.
This test will be activated for three minutes, and the City of Lubbock wants to ensure the public that this is just a test.
These tests are set to occur on the second Friday of each month and will not be cancelled unless the National Weather Service forecasts more than a 10 percent chance of thunderstorms on the test day. The test will not be rescheduled if this comes to pass…
