Partly sunny conditions are forecast this morning. Sunny to mostly sunny conditions will return this afternoon. It will be breezy at times. High temperatures will be in the lower and the middle 90s. The wind will be out of the south-southeast 10 to 20 mph. The chance for rain is 20 percent.Sunrise is at 6:46 AM CDT.Clouds will be on the increase this evening and tonight. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will return later this evening and overnight to portions of the area. Some thunderstorms may be strong to marginally severe. Heavy rainfall will possible at times along with isolated flooding. Low temperatures will range from the middle 60s to the middle 70s. The wind will be out of the south-southeast wind 5-15 mph.
