LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock’s Vector Control Department will be replacing its mosquito hotline with online requests for neighborhood mosquito spraying service.
Lubbock citizens can fill out online service requests for the type of mosquito treatment they need: adult mosquitoes, mosquito larvae breeding area and advance requests for a public event.

The city said this is a way for Vector Control to have more accurate information, and to better address possible mosquito issues across the community.
