LUBBOCK, Texas — Residents in a South Lubbock trailer park said they are fed up with their dumpsters not being emptied and overflowing. While they have tried reaching management and the owner of the property, they have not been able to get anyone and have been forced to take matters into their own hands.
“It’s nasty, it’s just sitting here, it’s been sitting here for a long time,” said Lubbock resident, Joshua Ballew. “It’s collecting flies and everything else.”
