LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock grand jury indicted two people charged with theft after an investigation by Lubbock police into Cantu Towing.
Jerry Cantu, the owner of the towing company, and Tommy Cantu were arrested earlier this month during the investigation into the company.
