Testing Trust: Joshua Allen, co-defendants ordered to pay back Walk-On’s investors

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – New developments in the KCBD Investigates Testing Trust series this week, as a Lubbock businessman has been ordered to pay back his investors.

Judge John Grace of the 72nd District Court in Lubbock County has ruled Joshua Allen and co-defendants breached fiduciary duty in a case involving investments into an expansion of the Walk-On’s Restaurant franchise.
