LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Shelters and foster homes are full across Lubbock, with hundreds of animals looking for someone to provide a forever home.
Lubbock Animal Services currently has 320 dogs at its facility. That’s less than 40 away from maxing out the shelter’s capacity completely.
