LUBBOCK, Texas — Rex Davis, 31, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Tuesday. Davis was arrested in July of 2024 for his role in a Lubbock game room shooting.
Covenant Health and BlueCross BlueShield reach new agreement
As previously reported by EverythingLubbock.com, on July 24, the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6200 block of Highway 84 for a report of shots fired at Pac N Sac. LCSO said a game room worker was found with a gunshot wound and was sent to the hospital with serious injuries. Davis ran away before deputies arrived, but was arrested the following morning, July 25.
Davis was indicted in August of 2024 and will now serve time in prison. On top of his 10 year sentence, Davis must pay $6,806 in restitution.
