LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Children’s Home of Lubbock celebrated the reopening of the Rogers Library on Friday, following a major renovation.
Serving 90 children daily, many from backgrounds of abuse or neglect, the home offers a safe place for healing and learning.
