These showers and thunderstorms will likely be out of the area by early afternoon. Then, our attention turns to the next chance for thunderstorms.
It is going to get hot, high near 96 beneath a partly cloudy sky. By late afternoon to early evening, there is a chance for a few isolated thunderstorms to develop somewhere on the South Plains…
