LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Gulf moisture is remaining decent across the region Thursday and Friday. It does not mean much for storm development, but it shows there’s a modest attempt from southeasterly winds to continue to usher in that moisture.
Showers and thunderstorms are slim again, but cannot be ruled out on Thursday afternoon and evening. This activity, if any develops at all, will be very short-lived.
The weather pattern temperature-wise is definitely on the warmer side this afternoon, with everyone seeing upper 90s, if not seeing temperatures in the triple digits.
