Tech Police advise students during move-in

As thousands of Red Raiders move into residence halls over the next three days, Texas Tech police are urging students to stay alert and protect themselves during what officers call a prime time for opportunistic crime.

“This is a prime time for people to come looking to commit crime because they know that we have people moving on campus,” said Tech Information Officer Caitlynn Jeffries.
