LUBBOCK, Texas–Court documents have disclosed details of the events that lead to the arrest of 31-year-old Christopher Roy Prieto.

Police arrested Prieto during a traffic stop for an expired registration, during the search of the vehicle officers found a “Switch Conversion”. A “Switch” is a small device that can be attached to the rear of the slide of a handgun, changing the semi-automatic pistol into a selective fire machine pistol capable of fully automatic fire.
